Hello Your Yoga Community!
I am creating a blog here on our site. I will be blogging at least once a month, for now. I will be talking about topics that have been helpful for me or that interest me…and hopefully they will interest and help you too! Some topics that I will be blogging about include:
- living a yogic lifestyle
- the traditional practice of Yoga, where it comes from and how some Westerners have changed the practice
- the benefits of yoga for women and men of all ages, including children
- incorporating Pranayama (breathing exercises) into your practice and why breathing is so important
- meditation and all of its benefits
- the importance of nutrition
Yoga is not just about the asanas or postures, it is about so much more, and I want to share that with you. Do you find these topics interesting? Are there any other topics you would like to add?
