We are excited to announce Your Yoga Louisville’s first book club series! Each month, yogis will gather to discuss the book of the month, which is announced at the beginning of each month. We will gather at the studio the last Sunday of every month at 7:30pm (after Yin!).
This is a great opportunity to build an even deeper sense of community at Your Yoga Louisville. Please share the word! All yogis are welcome.
Books will be centered around Yoga, Yogic Lifestyle, Mindfulness, Meditation and Tao. Have a suggestion for a book? Speak up! We’ll have a suggestion box – but please keep it Yoga-centered.
Yogis who attend can expect a light meditation and pranayama practice with a mantra pulled directly from the book read throughout the month. Tea will be brewed, blankets will be set out for seating, and attendees will be encouraged to bring light vegan snacks to share potluck style – please keep it vegan to respect the space Jessi and her team has worked hard to create!
The first meeting will be held Sunday September 29th, 2019 at 7:30pm.
