Breath is the most important part of our existence. If we don't breath, we don't live. Breathing gives us energy. During this workshop you will learn various breath exercises to help you when you are stressed, anxious, can't sleep, at work, driving in your car, waiting in line at the supermarket, etc. We will also talk about breathing exercises that can help your children (if applicable). You will learn how to use these pranayama exercises in your yoga practice, on and off the mat, and as a tool for meditation. Join Jessi as she takes you along the journey of breath.
